1. Clarity. How do you know when you have achieved a goal? If you can not answer this question, your goal is not better than a vague preference.
2. Action. Action, no matter what. In the beginning, anything you do is better than nothing. You can figure out the complete plan after you get started it. But, start. Perfection in planning is the dead kiss. You need feedback from the real world.
3. Motivation. Why do you even care? Between other possible options, why this goal is important to you. It’s ok to be selfies here. But, you have to make sure that you want it bad enough.
4. Consistency. Make a space with place and time to review your current progress, reevaluate the strategy, and define the next action. It works like magic. When you stop all the noise of the daily routine, you can soodenly see what is the next step.
5. Fear. It is always a constant, and never will go away as long as you are after something of value to you or that you have no experience with. So, welcome it and work with it.
6. Beliefs. If you think you can't, you won't. This thought is almos gurante, so don't worry about having it. Start with simple letting yourself imagining “what if it is actually possible? How would it feel having it? What would I do differently if I knew I can have it?”
